5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
What You Need:
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug (MicroSafe)
1. Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
2. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well..
3. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
4. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

This past weekend, I had the chance to pull out a product I have had for over a month and have been dying to use! My fiance and I cooked up this gigantic breakfast on Sunday which included pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and toast. A summer favorite that takes up very little time to make.
Ingredients:
6-8 large eggs
3 tbsp milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large or two small zucchini, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion begins to soften. Add sun dried tomatoes, zucchini and parsley and cook for a couple of minutes.
Beat eggs together with milk, salt and pepper. Add filling and mix together. Pour mixture back …

This is very quick and simple, yet absolutely delicious.
For 1 person you’ll need:
Shrimp (about 8-10 large pieces)
1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
2 ripe tomatoes
1-2 bay leaves
Herbes de Provence (I use a ready made mix where available, otherwise use thyme, basil, savory, rosemary, fennel, lavender flowers etc.)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt, pepper to taste
Shell and de-vein the shrimps (shelling is optional, I usually just buy a whole bag of frozen shrimp and use a handful. I take off the shell while eating. It’s messier but not too …

This is a great side that goes well with any type of pan fried fish or any variety of cutlets.
Place potatoes in a pot filled with water (try to get potatoes that are all roughly the same size so the cooking tie won’t vary as much). Boil water and cook potatoes until tender but not too soft (about 20 minutes for small potatoes).
