You Don’t Wash Your What? Poll

Written by: Ms. Modern 2 October 2009 201 views 2 Comments

Honestly, I’m only talking about hair, but seriously, I was very surprised when I read this article on BlogHer a couple weeks ago. Do people really only wash their hair once a week? And “curly girls” (like me) only use water and nothing else?

“Eww,” my mind reeled. I couldn’t imagine going that long without a scrub nor could I imagine the oiliness of rinsed curly hair. Yet, perhaps some of the people who commented have a point. My curly hair does look better on it’s 2nd day. I could probably even get away with a 3rd day of no washing if I piled it up in a claw clip. Hmmm.

So, where do you fall in the grand scheme of things? Vote in the poll, then leave us a comment, telling us your hair tips and why you do or don’t wash often. Did it take you awhile to perfect your hair-washing schedule technique?

I wash my hair every day because my hairsyle requires it. It’s too unruly if I don’t wash my hair every day.

what? i too have curly hair but i make it a point that i wash it everyday!… that’s grose if you washed everything in your body except your hair!…

maybe some are just very particular with the money they spent and the time it took them for their hair tobe done in a salon… most chinese here in guangzhou are like that… but i’m not a chinese so i don’t do that!
