Kelly has a vintage-inspired jewelry store on etsy called Linkel Designs. I was lucky enough to ask her a few questions about her inspiration & design. Here’s what she had to say:

My mom (Linda) got me started selling on Etsy – we both had been beading for a number of years and she suggested selling online.

I (Kelly) am inspired by color, nature and all the lovely vintage beads out there.

We both like to work with gemstones, pearls, vintage beads and findings and sterling silver.

We love custom orders!

Ms. KnowItAll had the chance to review the Sky Bloom Ring by Linkel Designs. Here’s what she had to say in her review:

sky“I love this ring! The flower is beautiful, and the minty emmagreen color is timeless. I’ve gotten so many compliments while wearing this ring, and the great thing is that I can wear it just about anywhere! The band is pure genius; it is created to automatically adjust to your ring size, which is perfect for those days when you retain a little water. The only word of caution I would give when wearing this ring is to be careful of chipping the petals. The material it’s made of is so delicate that if you aren’t careful, you can easily ruin this ring. And I’m pretty hard on a ring, so take it from me!
Overall, I give it two thumb-rings up, and would definitely recommend getting one…or more!!”

Kelly also sells some wonderful necklaces in her shop! I’m a fan of her bird and owl pendants, personally. Here are a couple of my faves entitled “Peace” and “What a Hoot!”
