In a world of metal jewelry, Amy’s shop, Little Green Room stands out! She is a fantastic silversmith with unique, elegant jewelry and accessories. I had the chance to learn a bit more about Amy and her love of silversmithing. Here’s what she had to say:

I was introduced to jewerly making in the early 90’s. It started with a love/addiction to glass beads, stone, and crystal and later developed into a love of Sterling silver and mixed metals. I was lucky enough to find a great silversmith who taught me how to work with the metals that I love. I am an admitted silver junkie through and through and learning how to silversmith has opened many new creative doors for me. I would have to say that mixed metals are my absolute favorite!! My inspiration for my designs stem from many different areas. I am always inspired by nature in someway. I live in the mountains and am surrounded by so many beautiful things. I am always designing pieces of jewerly in my mind, that part of me never rests.
