30 Days of Giveaways – Day 3: Luxury Lane Soap and Soy Review and Giveaway!

I want to preface this review by saying, “You have not fully enjoyed your sense of smell until you’ve tried a Luxury Lane product.” Kaylee, the creator of these scrumptious soaps and candles, is super intuitive. I let Kaylee choose my review products, by only giving her the simple detail that I like sweet smells. She sent me the most perfect items from her shop, the Banana Smoothie Creamy Oatmeal Bar Soap and a Cupcake Soy Candle. Can you say, “YUMMY!”?

Banana Smoothie Creamy Oatmeal Bar Soap Description:

My Oatmeal Bars are ultra creamy, gentle & moisturizing. Could you ask for anything else in a bar of soap? How about the yummy fragrance of Banana Smoothie?! ♥

Banana Smoothie – This delicious fragrance will make you feel like you’re in a classic cafe with a fruity, blended drink of milk and bananas!

Oatmeal is known to gently exfoliate the skin and also produces a great moisturizing & luxurious lather.

My exclusive, hand blended formula contains NO Parabens, Formaldahydes, Propylene Glycol, Butylene Glycol OR Sodium Laurel/Laureth Sulfates (SLS). *Yay!*

My Take On It: I am one of those people who feel like they are getting cleaner when they use a soap which exfoliates. That gritty feeling makes me feel as if I am scrubbing the dirt away. The problem with that is that most soaps like that don’t smell so great, but Luxury Lane Soap got it right. This banana smoothie scent is absolutely perfect for me. I can smell good and feel clean at the same time. All soaps should provide this amount of comfort.

Cupcake Soy Candle Description:

Cupcake- Indulge in the aroma of freshly baked cake straight from the oven. Blended with rich vanilla, and topped with a smooth frosting.

Highly scented soy blend wax with an amazing throw, hand poured directly into a 100% reusable tin! Burn time over 30 hours.

Cored candle wick, braided with long strand washed cotton. It exhibits a slightly curled flame profile to minimizing carbon buildup, while still creating a burn pool concentric with the circumference of the candle.

My Take On It: These cupcake scented candles make you want to eat them! My two-story house was fully affected with the light of a single candle, scent wise. I am in LOVE with this smell! I told my fiance I wanted to marry this candle and have it’s babies. He scoffed, but totally understood where I was coming from. This product is THE reason for my preface to this review! It is amazing. Thank goodness it comes in larger sizes. We will definitely be stocking up on these candles in the near future.
